I think one of the things that Montreal really has, we have a very highly educated population here. I mean with all the universities that we have and all the schools that we have, and we have a lot of talent. I think that the city’s doing a better job at packing their strengths, and selling their strengths worldwide, and I think that’s made a big difference, because others see the uniqueness, what we get here, versus going to a different city in North America.
