I think Montreal is a unique place to live. We have some of the best universities in the world, like McGill is ranked in the top 30 universities in the world, the top 15 from medical schools and so on. It’s also been ranked the number one city in the world for students to live in. We have over 150,000 students in Montreal in universities.

There’s a lot of fun things to do in Montreal. Beyond the education which is world class, the city itself is a lot of fun. We have some of the lowest operating costs in North America, so I think that if you take the fact that we have a highly educated population and some of the best schools, and the fact that it’s lower, the cost of operations, it makes sense to wanna set up shop here in Montreal.

And also the other thing that you get here is a huge pool of talent that you probably can’t find many other places. Yes, you can get lower cost of operations in the middle of nowhere in the US, or some other city in Canada, but you’re not gonna find the same level of caliber of talent that you would get in Montreal.
